Evaluation

My task was to come up with idea for the game and then create interface, players and tokens. For backgrounds of our game screen shoots we took a trip to Dartmoor with cameras. I decided to create game screen shots of a basic first person shooter game. I took a lot of photos with rocks/rocky walls which I thought was perfect for players to take cower.  I decided that the game would feel more realistic if it wouldn't show how much bullets you have left.
First I created game tokens and then moved on to character creation. used few photos of real soldiers so that I would be able to produce soldiers in proportion. After I got a basic figure of soldier I used brush to colour it and smudge tool to make it look better. Creating game weapon followed the same process as character creation also  I found that vectorising background image made characters fit in the environment better.

Game screenshots

Now that I have took my photos, decided to do first person shooter game and created tokens it was time to create game characters.
I decided that my characters will look like soldiers.
First team player

Second team player
After I finished creating characters it was time to incorporate them and tokens in to photos.
I decided to vectorise photos so that characters would fit in better.

Drawings

Our task was to draw 3 images of animal plant and insect.
Here is 3 drawings of animals and reference images.

And here is 3 drawings of insects and reference images.

Plant drawings.

Tokens

Today we looked at some street signs in order to create our own tokens for the game.
Just like road signs game tokens usualy are in basic shapes (circles, triangles, squares) ofcourse there is no rule what shape game token should be it could be practicly anything.
So for my first person shooter game iam going to create a few tokens. First one is going to allow player to run faster for a certain amount of time.
Finished token

second token regenerates some of players health over time.

Tokens would be scattered around map in strategicly important places.

Dartmoor photos

We travelled to Dartmoor with digital cameras and took a lot of photos. The goal was to take photos that could be used as backgrounds for video game.
I took photos that could be used for first person shooter game.
This rock could be used for cover or to place an item behind it.

These could be a path to enemy with obstacles base which would be on top of hill.
Old house could be used as enemy base.
